Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to drain residual power. Reconnect the battery and adapter, then try powering on. Check the Power Adapter Ensure the adapter light is on and stable. If possible, test with another Dell-compatible adapter. Inspect the Charging Port Make sure it’s clean and free of debris. A damaged DC jack can prevent proper charging. Run Built-in Diagnostics If the system powers on briefly, tap F12 at startup and select Diagnostics. Hi there . don't worry its a simple issue . I had gone through this problem.initially i got frustrated cuz of it but when i troubleshoot it i found that there was a problem with my laptop's ram it may be bad but this happens in rare cases its best solution is just remove your ram and clean its terminal with rubber . And clean the inner terminals of the ram slot inside the laptop with some brush tools or something like that but be carefull . Now after cleaning put the ram back in. And tirn it on . Here you go.

If the power button stops blinking, then the laptop successfully powered down and released any residual power. Turn the laptop back on and see if its works. If the problem persists, then the screen may be damaged. To test this, plug the laptop into an external monitor and see if it works. · If the problem is software-related, then perform a hard reset, and then turn the laptop back on. As soon as you attempt to turn it on, begin pressing the F12 button repeatedly to enter BIOS mode, or repeatedly press the F8 key to enter the advanced boot menu. Hi there the error your getting is ddr3 ram failure replace both of your ram and your good to go Advice don't forcefully shotdown your laptop it will cost component failure  Your lucky it's not the CPU

please focus on led light, need to see the pattern, dont look else where ,you laptop is telling you where is the fault
