The P2418HZm camera and microphone do not show up as options in Zoom or Skype nor are they detected anywhere in Windows 10 Device Manager. I have downloaded and installed the drivers available on the Dell website but no change in detection. More on dell.com

The other threads you mentioned were not pertaining to Windows 11. There are no plans to validate the P2418HZ/P2418HZM with Windows 11. The P2418HZm drivers page does not mention Windows 11. It only shows Windows 7/8/8.1/10. The P2418HZm drivers were released in November 2017. Windows 11 was released October 2021.
