Hi George Graham: What is your Dell computer model, version and OS build number of your Windows 10 operating system [open a Run dialog box (Windows key + R) and enter winver - be sure to let us know if you have a Home or Pro edition of Win 10], CPU make and model, and BIOS version?  To find your current BIOS version open a Run dialog box, enter msinfo32 to open your System Information, and look for the field named 'BIOS Version / Date' in the summary. Have you recently run a check for updates using a utility like SupportAssist v4.x or Dell Update v5.x to ensure all available updates for your BIOS, firmware and hardware drivers are installed? Please clarify what you mean by 'windows 11 assistant' (e.g., do you mean the Windows 11 Installation Assistant at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11)?
