I have the windows insider program. I don't have an issue getting the download to start... what I AM having an issue with is that my system partition is locked by Dell. I keep getting the error message that it cannot access my reserved partition. I have tried using third-party programs to extend the 16 MB partition, done it manually, nothing works. Can anyone help?

I've a dell latitude7480. Which has i5 7th gen, 8GB RAM & 256GB SSD. I successfully installed windows 11 and it runs smoothly.... But in the dell support website and, the user manual of this laptop says that..... this laptop only support windows 10 or lower version.... I have this computer since about or before 2020. It works but it’s very slow. Chrome doesn’t open it’s just a black screen. It’s saying my pc can’t update to windows 11. Any ideas on what I can do? I tried doing the TPM thing in startup but that didn’t work (meaning the screen didn’t even show up to do it)
The computer I have is a DELL P75f. I can also provide other information if needed.

I would: right click task bar, task manager, processes, and then click the CPU tab. It'll show the programs using the most system resources. Report back with results.
