I disagree with the review and have read other reviews with opposing views. The 9350 is not perfect by far (I haven't used one yet in this category), but it has come a long way, making it a solid machine, especially with the price drop. I've been using the 9350 for about a month now, and I’d give it an 8 out of 10 so far. The build is excellent, the Tandem OLED is amazing, the speakers are better than I expected, and the battery life easily gets me through a workday with hours to spare. The keyboard is a bit odd, but I’m getting used to it and typing just as fast now (average 50WPM). I'd prefer actual F-row keys, but they work. The only major bomb is the lack of connectivity. While holding it, my colleagues often comment on how sleek and beautiful the 9350 is. Although, one person told me it was too cold because it was metal 😐 More on reddit.com

The RAM on these Dell models is on SoC and these are Snapdragon chips. I just did some pricing with Arrow Lake and going from 16 GB to 32 GB is $200 and from 32 GB to 64 GB is $300. I did a check on the Dell XPS 13 Lunar Lake and the 32 GB model costs $200 less than the 16 GB model. More on forums.macrumors.com

First, most laptops provide wifi through one of 2 methods: a miniPCI/miniPCIe card inserted into the computer, or as an integrated part of the motherboard.

If you have a wifi usb adapter, try using that. You should be able to get wifi working on that.

From a bit of research it seems like the dell xps 13 uses a wifi card instead of the integrated wifi chip. Open up the bottom of the computer and look around. You should have easy access to the hard drive and ram, but there might be another removable module (the wifi card) that looks like a small removable circuit board, similar to RAM modules, except a different shape/size.

You could try replacing that and seeing if that gets you anywhere, but honestly because this is water damage, and the wifi card is usually accessible on the bottom of the laptop, I think you'll find replacing the wifi card may be pointless. Motherboard damage in the right place could render a perfectly good wifi card useless if you damaged it just right.

Your best bet is to get a usb wifi adapter.
