You will need to return your PC to Dell for it to be repaired or replaced, below are the flash codes for your device and 3 orange/two white indicates the video card has failed.

Amber/White

2/1 CPU Failure

2/2 System board, BIOS or ROM failure

2/3 No RAM detected

2/4 RAM failure

2/5 Invalid RAM installed

2/6 System board or chipset error

2/7 LCD failure

3/1 CMOS battery failure

3/2 PCI or video card or chip failure

3/3 Recovery image not found

3/4 Recovery image found but not accessible

The 3,7 blink code is a possible memory issue... Try this: Power off, unplug Press/hold power button for ~15 sec Open case and remove motherboard battery (check Service Manual for details) Press/hold power button for ~30 sec Carefully reseat RAM modules in their slots (check Service Manual for details)Only remove one at a time so each one goes back in its original slot.Make sure the retaining clips on the ends lock around the module after you reseat it. Use canned air to chase out all the dust bunnies from motherboard, heat sink, fans etc. Gently make sure fans turn freely Reinstall the battery (Time for fresh CR2032 3-volt coin cell battery? ~$2) Close up and connect mouse, monitor and keyboard Reboot If that doesn't help, repeat steps 1-4. Then remove all RAM modules except the one second from the CPU.  Then continue with steps 8-10. Then repeat, swapping each RAM module into that second slot, one at a time until you identify one that doesn't let the PC boot, or all of them work in that slot. If they all work in second slot, do 1-4 and this time add one to the 4th slot from CPU, and then steps 8-10.

The power LED should be flashing in a pattern (2 or 3 flashes, a pause, then up to 7 flashes) Please refer to the Diagnostic LED Indicators table here: www.dell.com/.../a-reference-guide-to-the-xps-desktop-diagnostic-indicators That should give you a better idea of what the problem is.

Unplug the charger. Hold the power button for 15-20 seconds. Reconnect AC and try again. If that fails, remove the battery, repeat the above steps. The battery may be on its way out.

Solved: Due to some comments of other forum I tried a workaround.  Disconnected all three plugs from battery to mainboard, pressed the on/off switch to discharge alle rest capacity of the power supply circuits. Connect the plugs again and switched on the notebook. No more blinking and it works like yesterday without any troubles. Hope that continous

Exactly same problem here. Everything was fine one day and the next day the battery doesn't hold any charge at all anymore. Blinking orange light and shuts down when cable is removed. I've run the diagbostics which gave the following Error code: 2000-0132 Validation: 73590   This indicates a battery malfunction. I contacted Dell and they said my pro-support warranty won't cover it as batteries are supposed to have a life time. I agree batteries are expected to slowly get bad with time, but this is not what happened here. It went from fully functional to not holding any charge from one day to another.   I think the fact that many people are having the same problem more or less simultaneously indicates this is possibly a design flaw.

From the link you posted above, 3 Amber, 1 White is CMOS Battery Failure.. Since you left it unused for so long, the battery lost power and is LOW.... replace it. Not too sure what you mean by 'I found what I believe is in SSD power that is not plugged in.  (5 black wires together) For the life of me though, I cannot locate where it is supposed to plug in to.' Which drive power line or where to connect it to the motherboard?
