Has anyone installed Office 2024 successfully?
I've got the deployment tool, created the XML config file via Microsoft like I did with 2021. Then when I run the command setup.exe /configure configuration.xml on a freshly built windows device I get the message "This product can't be installed on the selected update channel"
I've googled it but none of the suggestions have helped.

Are you removing the previous version of Office prior to trying to install 2024 as stated in the Microsoft article here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/ltsc/2024/deploy "Remove existing versions of Office before installing Office LTSC 2024"

I would like to know if anyone has any help they can offer. I am trying to update our Office 2021 LTSC to Office 2024 LTSC. I have downloaded all the files needed. I have the config file. I have loaded it all up in PDQ. But when I go to deploy it on my test machine I get a pop-up on the machine saying I need to uninstall Office 2021 and visio before I can install 2024. I know I am missing something as I would think I would just be able to "upgrade" without uninstalling. Below is a copy of the config file I am trying to use.

The RemoveMSI flag will only uninstall old versions of Office that used the MSI installer. So 2016 and lower. Just use PDQ's Office uninstall package to get rid of 2021. I believe you will need to uninstall Visio separately. Also keep in mind that you can only use one update channel for your Office products. You can't have Visio 2021 installed using PerpetualVL2021 while Office 2024 uses PerpetualVL2024.
