Ferragamo! If that’s the version that’s reversible, then that was my first designer belt. More bang for your buck when it’s reversible! I believe the Hermes one is also reversible but I personally like that the ferragamo belt isn’t a letter (unless you name starts with H!) and I think it’s slightly narrower, which I prefer. This is brilliant. First, you can build objects longer than your build bed by probably almost 2x. Maybe you could even add rollers and print like a 10 meter long object. Second, the layers being at a 45 or so degree angle to horizontal means you no longer have a weak direction in your prints. Well, you still do but it’s not parallel to the bottom which is nice. Think about printing a sword vertically on this vs on a normal bed slinger. Now hit it on a tree: which one is more likely to snap along layer lines? Downsides to this design: good luck leveling that conveyer belt of a bed. ABL won’t help and what do you adjust if it has a dip in the middle? Also, I wonder how much the nozzle not facing directly down affects oozing/blobs. And finally: really Creality? Another Bowden setup? At least can you offer a variant that is direct drive?
