No. Where do they ship from? I assume he outsources all the manufacturing, packing, and shipping in the USA to another company. He lives in Canada (so do I) and I was interested in buying from a Canadian company but he doesn’t even have products available in Canada lol. So due to that it’s obvious he isn’t involved in day to day operations. It should be pretty easy to contact them and for them to make it right. If they don’t I would move on to another company. I got his drying towel a few weeks ago and if Im being honest, Im pretty disappointed with it. It leaves lint everywhere and just isn’t what I expected. Have you ever bought his products before? Are there any products of his that you recommend? Please let me know

He has an obscenely large YouTube channel (not sure how it got that big) considering he doesn’t really provide much instructional on technique. Not sure who makes his chemicals but he doesn’t do them that’s for sure. He lives in Canada but I believe they are made in USA for some reason (or at least fulfilled there). They are either white labelled or private labelled. Nothing seems that unique to me. I’d say buy them if you like to support his content, otherwise I’m. It sure why anyone would buy his stuff.

I’ve had nothing but issues with this order and it’s on my last nerve. First they only sent me one of the bottles. Then they sent me all of them (including the one they sent before and had claimed it was shipped separately)
The whole package was mangled and leaking all over my kitchen floor. Three of the bottles were empty from pouring all over the box.
