so, i made a rather expensive purchase through a figure-collecting community and am anxious for it get here... its been nearly 30 days since it was shipped (eu -> us), without tracking, as DHL 'never gives me tracking with international packages' says the seller. according to google searches, DHL international packages normally take 7-14 business days, hence why i am starting to get anxious about this whole thing..... are there any general holdups with packages as of recently, or times where DHL has taken a while?

So a package coming to me just shipped from China to the US. The seller is insisting it is supposed to arrive in 3-5 days, but the DHL tracking says next Friday (10 full days, 8 full business days post shipping). DHL also indicates that most international shipping should arrive within 5 business days, although of course I don't know if things are different right now.
This wouldn't be an issue, but I really need the package next Thursday. I don't really have any experience with DHL - does anyone know if it's common for their estimates to be too long? Am I SOL for getting this package in time?
I purchased some tees from the US and got them shipped to me in Mexico, it got picked up on November 28th, then made it all the way to Germany on December 13th, and now it’s been without an update as you can see in the screenshot.
I was wondering if it’s normal for eCommerce (DHL Parcel Intl Standard - SMB only) packages to take that long or if I should contact the vendor to sort it out?
Hi there,
So I ordered a pair of climbing shoes from a store in the UK and it's shipping to me in Melbourne, Australia. The merchant is using DHL Express and has just had the shoes picked up today (Wednesday). What are the chances that the shoes will be delivered on Friday of this week? That's basically 1-3 business days.
Has anyone here experienced a 1-3 business days time for a DHL Express international delivery? Your input would mean a lot, thanks!
Looks like the seller just sent the item, I was wondering does anyone know an average estimate for how long it takes to reach destined country in EU?
I am making this as I NEED to have this package delivered before the 15th next month and I'm getting kinda afraid, also do packages move on the weekends by any chance?
It has no update and I am starting to get anxious what the problem could it be. Any help is appriciated
Ordered it Friday, and it shipped out last night. Says it’ll arrive by Wednesday. That’s like 3 days shipping from China.
Ordered a Odin 2 Pro, but your guys’ post about the battery swelling has me very anxious about my order. Hopefully they have fixed it or don’t have that batch of batteries that were swelling anymore.
I have a package that I paid 25 dollars extra for expedited shipping but the estimated time is May 29th. I really need it before the 28th and was wondering if it has come before the estimated delivery time for any of you? I really hope it does 😭😭
UPDATE: It is out for delivery on a Sunday 3 days before the estimated delivery date

It can happen as sometimes the estimated delivery date can be conservative. Best to track closely on the website
I have a package coming to my office. I had it switched here so someone would be here to sign for it. It said by end of day but now says 18:00-20:00 when no one is in the office.
Will I have to wait again until Monday? Am I going to be trapped in an endless cycle?
Edit: Finally got a hold of customer service on the phone. They said that the address was not marked as a business in their system. They marked it as such and I had my package at 10:00 Monday. While it was a frustrating experience, I can't say it was overall a negative, their customer service did prove to be helpful!
Hi! I’m new to the courier service DHL but I ordered some clothing from Shenzhen, China on 11/08 with delivery to California expected to be between 11/15-11/18. Does anyone have any good experience with using the express service from China? Do they use air or ship? I can’t seem to find an answer on the DHL site. Thanks! (: Open to all experiences with express as of the last few months.
Hello,
I am currently expecting a package from Germany that has been sent on september 12th. It needs to be delivered to The Netherlands. You would assume neighbor countries wouldnt take that long.
What can I expect how long it will take? Any other experiences?
Regards.
I ordered from a really good website which I’m upset they started using dhl, I’m in Canada and my order was 500 usd so I got free shipping because of that. So I went ahead with the order, shipping time claims 2-5 days. It’s coming from California. And for me ordering from purolator will get me my package literally the following day for free flying across the us to Canada that afternoon of purchase. But dhl is slow as shit, they decide oh yes put a sticker on it on the 7th and keep it in our warehouse for 3-4 days and do fuck all with it! Then ontop of that they finally send it to a place that sorts it. It finished sorted yesterday morning area.. as if they couldn’t have shipped it off that afternoon wtf. Ontop of that they decide to use Canada post? What the actual fuck. Canada post is mad now because my house address is on there because dhl is suppose to ship to my fucking door. As I feel a 600 dollar package should be shipping to my fucking door. But nooo of course not they are cheap and slow and have taken extremely long after estimating me 2-5 days for shipping and it’s now exceeding that. It’s also a pain in my ass because they estimate my shipment will be here on the 20th?! I’m literally right beside the us in bc, 20 mins from the us border. They don’t seem to care at all what happens and how slow they ship. But on Canada post with the tracking number it says 14th?! What is going on.
Hey everyone, just wanted to check if people have a preference or even any horror stories for either option. Fedex is slightly cheaper so I'm considering switching from DHL.
Question as title says, curious to hear what others DHL experiences have been like with their Thor orders, with how accurate the tracking is and the delivery estimates? I dont have much experience with DHL. Tracking still says delivery today, but also the last update was an hour ago, in Hong Kong.
I leave for a family trip in three days, hoping it's not held up too long.
I get all my international shipments from DHL cleared and delivered within three days but UPS/FedEx domestic is constantly delayed or the tracking doesn't update for days on end.
Why is that?
