I see a lot of people out there struggling to actually speak to a human at DHL. For those who are curious just call the number, wait until after the Spanish part and then say "speak to a representative" while the voice goes over the various options. It will then ask if this is about tracking a package. If you say yes it'll bring you back to an automatic voice, so say no and there ya go. You'll have a human on the other line in less than a minute.

Hey, trying to pay my DHL import fee but for the love of god cannot get the website to cooperate with me. Payment page shows up as blank, the link I click in the email leads to the same nonfunctional page. Tried to pay over the phone and it says it can't find my tracking number despite it being the exact same tracking number in the email.

It does say I have import fees due on my account with the number and everything in the MyDHL thing, but when I click it I'm just led to nothing, or alternatively a captcha that just keeps refreshing itself forever.

Is DHL undergoing some weird issues with their payment system right now? They're out of office until monday apparently. Could really use some help here.
