DHL eCommerce Asia tracking: https://dhlecommerce.asia/track/ The 12-digit and 20-digit non-GM tracking numbers will usually work on your local postal tracking site as well, at least when the package arrives in your country. May 17, 2017Received email from seller saying there's no tracking number because my package was sent via "DHL Non Tracked service."
DHL offer a service called Global Mail, which is in effect is DHL selling the Deutsche Post service (Deutsche post own DHL and is the national Mail service in Germany). We used to use Global Mail as Deutsche post had better rates than Royal Mail and what happens is a DHL driver will collect the items in one big sack, this is flown to Frankfurt and then handed over to Deutsche Post to deliver via the national Mail services. If this is going to the US, you'll likely find USPS (the national postal service) delivers the item. This service is not tracked as it's the same as throwing a letter/packet into a list box. I would ask the retailer, did they use DHL Express (which definitely has a tracking number / airway bill). DHL Parcel, which also has a tracking number (but varies in length as they bought UKMail and there's still an overhang there) or was it sent via DHL Global Mail (there won't be a tracking number). I google "DHL tracking", it gives me a box to paste the number into, then it brings me to the DHL website. But it always says it has no information about the number.
