DON'T buy the Habor Freight "Hercules cut off wheel" 🤕 Go with a quality brand for angle grinder projects. This wheel broke on contract with 1/2" all thread.
Best advice I ever saw was if it can kill you when it breaks, don’t buy it at harbor freight. I’d put angle grinders/cut off wheels in that category. More on reddit.com

April 10, 2024Purchased this grinder from HF. The wheels are very off balance and shakes a bunch! Is there a way to true them up? Hopefully this is t the wrong sub.
Bolt it down first. I've had $100 bench grinders and $800 bench grinders, and both will run all over the place and vibrate until you bolt them down. More on reddit.com
