Standard carbide fluted burr is the way to go, try something with maybe five teeth, pitch of about 30 degrees? Obviously positive rake and loads of clearance. Use light cutting oil for chip clearance and to minimise welding. A lot of people like WD-40 for oil but others use suds or more exotic solvents. More on reddit.com
