Need opinions on deciding between X,XR,XS
Personally, 256 GB XR would be the way to go of those three options. I value storage, and have a 256 GB XS. But I also value processing power, and the XR you list has both. The lack of an OLED wouldn’t bother me at all, since none of my iPads have ever had one. Plus the XR’s battery is a beast. You won’t have fancy 3D Touch with that unit, but long presses simulate it so it won’t be much different. The X is a generation behind as far as processor goes, and the camera isn’t as good as either the XS or XR, even though the XR is a single shooter instead of dual. Those are my thoughts on the matter, at least! XR, then XS (purely for being a generation newer than the X, unless you need the storage) then X. More on reddit.com

First off, I am aware that there are quite some threads already regarding decision making on these phones, sadly there isn't much regarding my "special" case, so excuse me for asking a quite similar question again.
I am an Android user since many years, my last iPhone was a 4S, currently I am using a Mate 10 Pro. I now want to jump to iPhone/iOS again and the following are the devices I have to decide between:
iPhone X 256 GB
iPhone XR 256 GB
iPhone XS 64 GB
I can get all three phones new for about the same price. As I am currently using a Mate 10 Pro, I am quite a fan of OLED but never used 3D Touch (seems very neat though). The XR I would perhaps choose because of the better battery life, I am a bit spoiled by my current phone.
But currently my main concern is the memory: I can't really evaluate, how much I really need under iOS. On my current phone I have still plenty of room but I don't want to sit there in a year without being able to upgrade the storage.
Second, I am wondering if it is viable choosing a newer 64GB XS over an over a year old X with four times the storage.
I'd really love to hear some opinions about that. I took a look yesterday in person at the XR and to be honest couldn't see such a big difference regarding the screen except holding my phone or a XS right beside it.

I wouldn’t get a 64gb storage iPhone. It’s just not enough for the time you’ll have the phone and the unable-to-expandability. So then it’s a question of do you want the OLED or a longer battery. I went for the XR myself, only last week, as although the OLED is beautiful, the LCD is crisp and bright and totally fine, and the battery is cracking on the XR. I often get over 2 full days. I’d go into some stores and check out the two screens side by side and decide. But that’s, like, just my opinion man.

Two things I can mention are: 1.) XS is physically smaller. This may be a plus or minus for you individually. Check them out in person. 2.) XS has 4 wifi antennae, XR has 2. That means stronger wifi catching capability for XS. I don't know if this has a negative effect on battery life. If you are in a place where the wifi you want has been a weak signal, this might be worth any small additional battery drain. (Searching for wifi is a big battery drain, so more antennae might help there.)
