May 14, 2013 - The series finale, “Changing Nature," aired on July 20, 1994, and the episode began with the Sinclair family gathered at a picnic awaiting the annual return of the bunch beetles. The beetles, much to the disappointment of the family, never show. We learn, in a bit of foreshadowing, that the reason the beetles never returned was because they had been eradicated after the dinosaurs had, irresponsibly, built a plastic fruit factory over their swamp breeding ground.

September 10, 2021 - Dinosaurs‘ final episode, “Changing Nature,” begins with the characters awaiting the annual arrival of the Bunch Beetle, an insect that lives on an invasive creeping poppy. But the swarms don’t show up. One beetle does, but he’s lost. Charlene leads him to the swamp where the bunch beetles mate, only to find that the Wesayso Corporation has paved over it and put up a wax fruit factory.

January 30, 2021 - This is correct. I own the DVDs, and the episodes are listed the same way on Disney+ as they are on the Dvds. Season 4 had 7 episodes that aired, ending with the series finale Changing Nature. Then the 7 episodes that were never aired just got tacked onto the end.
