You can link your other bank to Discover, then you can do an ACH transfer from Discover to your other bank. Or you can link Discover to your other bank and pull the money from Discover. But that way will take longer to clear at your other bank. I set up Zelle with Discover by using my cell number. I set up Zelle at a Credit Union using my email. I can sen money in either direction with no trouble. Discover doesn't always make accounts eligible for Zelle for some reason, but if you have it, it works fine. More on reddit.com

Couple of tips: for newly opened accounts, transfers might take longer initiate the transfer from the other bank (ach push) so the funds are available as soon as they are received by discover watch out for outgoing EFT fees by other banks before trying the above More on reddit.com

Any bank. Use the ACH transfer system. Go to add an external account and enter the routing number and acct number. The next screen asks if you own that account. Answer no and it will be put in your Transfer To system and will not be in your Transfer From system. If you say yes, the owner of the account will be sent a code that they need to respond to allow transfers which of course they won't do because that would allow 2 way transfers. If you are young and foolish you can use Zelle which is a risky bank to bank system that I wouldn't touch.
