Which ESPN bundle is right for me?
Deciding which bundle is right for you is truly dependent on your household's preferences and needs. The Disney Plus, Hulu, and ESPN Unlimited bundle is a great, all-around option for cord-cutters, which covers sporting events, family-friendly programming, and content that adults can enjoy, too. The deal is an affordable, low-stakes way to figure out if you truly need all three services, or if just one (or two) will do. If you're mainly interested in sports, then the ESPN Unlimited/FOX One bundle or the ESPN Unlimited/NFL Plus Premium bundle might be a better fit.
Is there an ESPN Unlimited free trial?
There's no ESPN Unlimited free trial, but there are a few ways to try the service for free for a few days. Several ESPN-friendly live TV streaming services unlock access to ESPN Unlimited at no extra charge. DirecTV and Fubo are two of our favorite month-to-month services that offer this option, and both streamers provide a free trial for new customers. You can get ESPN Unlimited included in multiple tiers, but the cheapest options are DirecTV's MySports genre pack ($70 a month, but $60 a month for the first two months) and Fubo's Sports + News plan ($56 a month, but $46 for the first month). DirecTV offers a five-day free trial, while Fubo's free trial is currently just one day.
Who is eligible for the deals?
The Disney Plus, Hulu, and ESPN Unlimited deal is available to new and eligible returning subscribers who are 18+. The Disney Plus and ESPN websites note that the offer is only valid for new and returning customers "with no current active entitlement to any Disney Plus, Hulu, and/or ESPN plan."
Terms are always subject to change, and the best way to find out what you're eligible for is to visit the Disney Plus website and see what plans and prices are available to you.

PLUS, once you subscribe you can add someone to your account, even if they are not in your household. Pretty sweet deal.
I once had Paramount Plus for a year for $0.99 a month. That was a nice deal too.
TL;DR: Disney+ Legacy Bundle + Hulu Premium costs $28.99/month, and is about to go up to $32.99/month. Disney Bundle Trio Premium gives you the same access for $24.99 (edit: about to be $26.99), or $19.99 for Duo if you don't care about ESPN.
Found out today that I've been paying $28.99 for the legacy bundle for the last year when I thought I was paying $18.99. When I first signed up back in 2019 I'd already been paying for Hulu without ads for years, which was $11.99 at the time. If you were an existing subscriber they just charged you twice: once for Hulu and then again for the Disney+ bundle minus the cost of a normal, ads-included subscription, which came out to $7. Still a better deal than paying for them separately even if I had no interest in ESPN.
Fast forward 5 years, Hulu Premium now cost $17.99 (about to go up by $1), Hulu with ads cost $7.99, and the legacy Disney bundle cost $18.99 (about to go up by $3). This means I was getting billed $17.99 for Hulu and $11 for Disney+. This lead to a very confusing conversation with support because both my Disney account page and my Hulu account page say I should be paying $18.99, I'd long since forgotten how the original billing worked, and the support person had a hard time figuring out how to explain this mess.
Anyway, just wanted to post about this experience in case anyone else has been overpaying for the bundle. Disney really needs to integrate this stuff better so the billing is less opaque.
From their email: “As part of our continued investment in delivering world-class entertainment, the price of your Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Select Bundle Premium will increase to $29.99 per month on November 19, 2025. Your plan will automatically renew at the new price unless you switch plans or cancel via Account Settings before then.”
So I currently have the bundle with Disney+ & Hulu and it says starting on or after October 21, 2025 my price will for from $29.99 to $32.99.
If I want it says I can switch to the ad supported bundle for $19.99.
So it looks like both bundle prices have gone up. Wonder if the single subscriptions will go up also...
The Disney+ Premium, Hulu and ESPN Select bundle for legacy subscribers will increase by $3 to $24.99 per month
This is the one all us 5G Play/Get More package people are holding onto.
EDIT: This is just what DISNEY is charging, not what Verizon is charging us. Right now we pay $0 for it, but they did add that fee last year for "older plans", will they add another fee? TBD.
