Hi, I’m currently facing a strange problem with my Samsung smart tv, which I can’t seem figure out by myself so hopefully someone will be able to give me an advice.
When I want to open Disney+ app, it only displays the following msg:
“This webpage is not available.
Unable to load the page. https://cd- dmgz.bamgrid.com/bbd/prod/22.25.0.yaddle.03/samsung_tv_tizen.html#profile_management? isInitialLoad=true took too long to respond. The website may be down, or there may have been a network connection error.”
The TV is connected to the internet and the rest of apps are loading normally. I tried to open Disney+ on phone and it’s working properly, so it has to be an issue with the tv, but it’s strange that it’s happening only for this one app.
