Seems to be down on Xbox too. Error Code 36, which seems to suggest the issue is my Internet, but everything else is working just fine, so I'm assuming there's some sort of outage on their end. More on reddit.com

Try typing the url manually. I have this often in Safari. Regardless on wether i use Surfshark or any other VPN. Once I manually type in the url to disneyplus it will load. Kinda weird, but it does the trick. Occasionally needs a try or two More on reddit.com

The dedicated apps seem to work, but the service can't be viewed via a browser on a computer. After talking with tech support they acknowledged the its a know problem on their end. This with any browser tried (Firefox, Chrome, Safari). Hulu and other services tried all seem to up a running. Just to save people a lot of time trouble shooting, you can log in, but all you get is a black screen (with the Disney banner across the bottom).

I'm experiencing an outage on Disney plus as anyone else? I'm trying to talk with support and it's very obvious that they don't track anything or talk to each other because I asked them and they can't even give me a straight answer of yes or no. They're just trying to troubleshoot without telling me anything.
UPDATE: After talking with customer service, they were finally able to confirm that there is currently an outage that has been reported and they are currently working on it. There is no ETA on the resolution or any info on what the issue is. Fingers crossed it will be fixed by the time Skeleton Crew new episode drops.
