I can login on my phone or computer just fine. It seems that when I have to punch in the 8 digit code then my password, it says "wrong password". I've tried everything like changing password, logging out, log out all devices, uninstall app, resetting tv/xbox/router. I even called Disney+ and they were no help. Nothing works. I did notice that when I tried resetting my password that the email address it showed wasn't mine. It was the person's I was using till recently. That's the weird part. What else is there to try?
