August 9, 2022Ottoman-tray from repurposed mahogany tabletop
What I learned:
• it’s a great project to get some experience on the router.
• it’s A LOT of routing.
• glue things before rounding edges. Round edges are difficult to clamp!
• Mistakes will happen. Learn to live with them and appreciate the lesson you get from them!
Edit: AND make sure you sand away ANY glue residue. Spray on poly will not hide it but make it POP 😂 (not shown in the pictures though)
