For wandering monster tables, I typically work from a generic template to speed things along. For a very simple example, a generic d6 chart might look like AREA FACTION, INVADING FACTION, SCAVENGER, MONSTER, ADVENTURING PARTY, HORRIBLE THING. I already know what my factions are from earlier in the process and I have a table of adventuring parties ready to go, so all I need to do now is figure out what scavenger, monster, and horrible thing I want in a given area (my actual tables are larger than a d6, but that actually makes the process faster because I don't need to be a selective about what goes where). I don't have a fast way to fill rooms though; spending a bunch of time on that is part of the fun for me. More on reddit.com

I found an incredibly useful random dungeon generator called simply Dungeon Generator. Its interface is incredibly simple: You tell it whether you want dungeons, caves, or both, tell it what size you want, and presto: Random dungeon! You can click on various rooms to change their shapes and decorations, and there are other features too...but that's not the best part.
The best part is you can export a Universal VTT file that you can import into Foundry, Roll20, MapTool, whatever...THAT ALREADY HAS THE GRID ALIGNED & VISION BLOCKING SET UP!
This is going to be absolutely life-changing for me. Hopefully you find it useful too!

There are many algorithms for dungeon generation. This one is my own invention and as such it's not exactly elegant. Its advantage is that it can produce maps that look kind of human-made, because they are they are "partly symmetrical".

I know there are tons of websites to make dungeon maps easily but filling rooms and making wandering monster tables has been time consuming for me in the past. Do you guys have any useful tools/methods for generating dungeons quickly?

Lots of resources for this I think, but here are my faves: One page dungeon generator (watabou) gives you a small dungeon with some compelling dressing occasionally; Donjon spits out a decent OSR dungeon of any scale to tweak as needed; Old School Essentials dungeon stocking is quick if you want to roll dice by hand Dungeon room generator (link to my site) gives a quick room if you're not fussy and want it done fast I know I've missed lots but these are what I use for my games
