Hi José Miguel Requena,
Accessing Azure Document Intelligence Studio projects created by a former employee, particularly those built using pre-GA (Preview) API versions, presents specific challenges due to platform limitations.
Currently, Document Intelligence Studio only allows users to view their own projects or those created by others on a supported General Availability (GA) API version. Unfortunately, projects developed using pre-GA APIs are not accessible through the Studio unless they are migrated to a GA-supported version. As using the former employee’s credentials is not an option, we recommend first ensuring that you have the necessary permissions such as Cognitive Services User and Storage Blob Data Contributor roles on the associated Azure resources and storage accounts. With appropriate access in place, you can explore migrating the models using Azure SDKs or REST APIs from the pre-GA version to a resource running a GA-supported API version. Alternatively, if the original training data is still available in the linked storage accounts, you may choose to manually recreate the models and projects in the GA version of Document Intelligence Studio.
