Hi Jeremy,
Pleasure is all mine. Let's get this fixed!
I found an article where it will give you an in-depth step by step guide [screenshots includes] – How to make Teams links open in the browser rather than the desktop app.
Please try to follow the suggested guide: https://businesstechplanet.com/how-to-make-team...
You can also use Teams on the web by visiting https://teams.microsoft.com.
Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.
Let me know if this fix the problem or not so that I can look for another option.
Kind regards,
Jayzar

Hello Jeremy,
Sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue. Let me help you!
I just want to clarify, are you trying to use Teams web instead of app?
You also mentioned that you can no longer access Teams on a specific device. Can you please share if there's any error code or message you are getting whenever you try to sign in?
With your Military access, are you using Teams personal or for work?
Please let me know so that I can assist you further.
Kind regards,
Jayzar
Got a meeting with somebody OCONUS tomorrow morning, Desktop Anywhere starting to act funny for me.
Anybody know how to log into Teams from their home PC now that CVR is gone?
My unit is doing virtual battle assembly this month due to COVID and I am trying to navigate this new Microsoft teams setup. I was given a PowerPoint to look over but it makes no real sense to me. I logged into dod.teams.Microsoft.us with my CAC and pin and it successfully logged me in but will not allow me to go past that screen and access anything. Do any of you have a user friendly method I can try and use. I want to get set up before sending my troops the info to help minimize issues
