Dollar General

It makes no sense to me how some of our stores are open later than others. I love my job, but I think it’s absolutely stupid how our store is open till 10pm. It’s gonna suck when it’s fall and winter time, cause of how it gets dark early. I don’t understand the fact of being open that late. I could understand till 9pm. I guess it’s so the company can make more money and not pay us decent living wages cause we don’t have a union. Smfh. Our own CEO doesn’t even deserve his path in my opinion on how half of us are under paid and how majority of our stores go up So quick that things fall apart in a matter of a month of being built. I do love my job, but I had to say this.
