Walmart Order Tracking
Walmart order tracking not working
Walmart track my package
I only just noticed that some of my non grocery merchandise is being delivered by Door Dash. I'm unsure how long this has been happening.
I never know when I place my order who is delivering my stuff. It usually comes by FedX, Purlator etc.
Are Dashers paid appropriately for delivering for Walmart? Cause there's no way for the customer like myself to tip. I don't keep cash on me.
I ordered from Walmart online like I have been since March.
I did absolutely nothing different with my order. It's just your usual Walmart website order and I chose 2 day delivery, like always.
For some reason, the next day, I got a text saying my doordash delivery was here. Needless to say, I was confused, I don't use doordash and didn't order anything. I ignored it. A few hours later I looked out the window and saw some random walmart bags- part of my order. It was just a few of the items, like a couple bags of chips.
Later that day I got a phone call, saying my doordash delviery from Walmart was here and can he leave it on the front porch. I said sure.
That 2nd batch? It was literally 1 paper plate package. I ordered maybe $100 worth of stuff, and this was $3 of that order.
First off- when did WM start using Doordash? I never selected Doordash as my delivery option.
Second, how the heck is WM paying people to send like literally $3 worth of goods at a time? It used to come as 1 big package in the mail, now it's bits and pieces?
And what about tips? There's not even an option as far as I can tell. Are these drivers just getting completely hosed?
Is anyone familiar with how this whole thing works? Any way to opt out of it? I feel bad having random doordashers running 1 bag from WM at a time to my house.
Someone doordashed a gift from Walmart to my house. There is a sticker on it but no note, no name, no return address. MY address isn't even on it. I call Walmart and they confirmed it is a gift but won't tell me who placed the order "for privacy reasons". Apparently anyone can just send anything to your house and that's fine but you can't ask who it is. So I called DoorDash and they said they can't help me either. Has anyone experienced this before?
