I got mine last year and have been using it year-round. It’s warm enough for winter, but with AC on in the summer, it’s not too hot. Also, holds up great in the wash!

The Costco Double Black Diamond Down Throw has been a great piece of kit, often modified into an underquilt or topquilt for hammock camping.
Costco is now selling an Eddie Bauer Home Packable Down Alternative Throw, using Primaloft fiber fill instead of down. Same size and construction as the down blanket, and weighs 4 ounces more. Cost in-store is $16.99 (Kansas).

We got this queen size blanket and it's pretty amazing. We were looking for something lighter now that it's summer that wouldn't be hot n heavy. This thing is super light but surprisingly warm. It almost seems it's a bit too hot 🔥 for a summer blanket.
What are your experiences with it?

If your used to down and cotton, polyester doesn’t breath well when used as an insulation or cover. It will also latch on the body order a lot faster.

In-store only. These are the best blankets I’ve found for our unit. They are soft and fairly warm, but compact enough that you can wash two kings in the same laundry load.
