Somewhere in your browser, there is a way to use the browser in Desktop Mode, which will give you the full ability of the browser. In your Purchase history there will be a stack of buttons next to your order. The top one will say Download Files. I have uploaded a screen grab of how it looks on my computer to give you a better idea how it will look. If it still isn't working, you will need to reach out to Etsy for technical support. Hi! I’ve recently purchased a PDF document from etsy and can’t download it for some reason… I’ve googled how to download the document and it says to go to my “Purchases and Reviews” page and click the “Download Files” button but I can’t find it anywhere. I’ve also messaged the seller and am still waiting for their response. Has anybody else had a similar issue? Thanks! <3
ETA: I’m using the website, not the app.
ETA 2: Thank you guys so much for the help! In the end, I still wasn’t able to find the “Download Files” button, but the seller sent me the file via e-mail, so it’s all good!

If you’re on mobile, use a browser like Safari. Downloads can not be seen in the app. It’s in etsy.com/your/purchases
