You can also create an overleaf account, have the CV on there and mess around with the latex without changing much code. It's not a harsh learning curve and it would probably still take about an afternoon until you're satisfied. Latex is painful in isolation (and I say this as a computer scientist who was "brought up" with it), but with modern tools its fine. More on reddit.com

Try the built in templates in Google Docs, they’re clean and you don’t have to deal with sketchy download sites. Keep it to one page, list school, any clubs or volunteering, and a couple bullet points for each thing you did.
