There you go, DPD UK customer service... Can't believe the way these companies operate is even legal.

From u/webguyuk I built a site at https://www.whatcourier.co.uk which lets you see which retailers use which courier company so if you want to avoid a certain courier, the website will also tell you related retailers incase you wanted to buy from somewhere else.
Not all of the data is 100% accurate and there is missing retailers, if anyone would like to submit details they can on the site.
So I was meant to have a parcel arrive on Sunday and got told they couldn't find the address. Rearranged it for them to drop it off at a collection point and they didn't even attempt to do that. It's now being sent back to the original sender. How can I get in contact with them? Their support number just has tracking and attempts to use the live chats they have lead me straight back to the tracking. Anyone know of an email address or actual phone number?
Edit:
Update on this, It was a Shadow from Build a bear my other half ordered, build a bear have refunded it instead of shipping it back out because there is no stock. Just annoyed that DPD just messed this all up
Ordered online and my parcel was ‘delivered’. I live on off street of the main road, the parcel was delivered 2 streets down into a cul-de-sac which both looks and sounds completely different to my street name and postcode
The photo taken includes no reference to the person or house (what the dpd customer support person said). My name has also been ‘signed’ which I never did of course.
Customer support on the phone said only the company I ordered from can escalate my complaint due to it being the following day the parcel was delivered - support lines close at 18:30 and it was delivered at 19:11, I have given the business the complaint code and a summary but I’m not confident they will raise the dispute.
Thankfully I live in a nice neighbourhood and the recipient who had my parcel messaged over facebook when I asked in our community fb group.
I did reply to his messages straight away as I was driving on the M1, I had pulled into a service station the same minute he ended the chat.
I wouldn’t normally complain to such a level but I feel the service DPD has provided me is extremely sub par, how can I escalate this further with dpd?
I have had a parcel scheduled to be delivered by DPD. It's third time this year they claim "no one was home" which is a blatant lie. I rang their call centre number which is outsourced and explained my issue.
The guy I rang told me to pick it up from their depot 3 miles away. Parcel is heavy, I don't drive and I am disabled - which is why I ask for a delivery. He said I need to pick it up from a random depot. I said I am not able to due to my disability. He said he doesn't care. I said I would like to speak to a manager or someone competent he said there is no one like this. I said can I get a name of the manager, he quickly spelled a random name that I could not write down and when asked to repeat it pretended he can't hear me.
I rang again and managed to actually raise a complaint about both the lying courier and the call centre employee. I am expecting this to go nowhere, but would like to know if there is anything internal (as in in the UK) that I can contact to raise it up. This was incredibly rude and really upsetting. Parcel I can get re-delivered, but I am not used to people being blatantly rude about my disability. I am not looking for sympathy, I am physically unable to pick up the thing which is why I asked for it to be delivered.
