I had an Amazon order due to arrive today, however I received the following email that delivery was attempted:
Sorry we missed you. DPD tried to deliver your package today but didn't want to leave it unattended. Please look for a notice of attempted delivery or contact DPD for the next steps.
There is no "card to call" left anywhere, have also checked my Neighbors, and via the tracking on Amazon I was at the address when delivery was supposedly attempted. The "contact DPD" link from the email goes to a generic page on Amazon with no mention of "DPD" https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?ie=UTF8&nodeId=201910090&ref_=pe_2640190_290165290_E_304
Does anybody know who delivers "DPD" parcels locally? Or, has anyone else experienced this recently and know what to do?
[EDIT]: In this instance, it was Fastway couriers, the parcel showed up in my letter box the next day.

I’ve had about 80% of my Amazon orders “delivered” but not show. Have a camera on my door, off the street, so know they haven’t been. Seems they mark them as delivered probably to get paid and then actually deliver about 1-2 weeks later. It’s rubbish. Have complained to Amazon a few times with no success. Now I wait 7 days. If not delivered, I apply for a refund of the goods. Once I do that, about 5% of them actually turn up - the rest vanish. Assume the courier gets notified and just keeps them.
