So I was meant to have a parcel arrive on Sunday and got told they couldn't find the address. Rearranged it for them to drop it off at a collection point and they didn't even attempt to do that. It's now being sent back to the original sender. How can I get in contact with them? Their support number just has tracking and attempts to use the live chats they have lead me straight back to the tracking. Anyone know of an email address or actual phone number?

Update on this, It was a Shadow from Build a bear my other half ordered, build a bear have refunded it instead of shipping it back out because there is no stock. Just annoyed that DPD just messed this all up

They will only deal with the original shipper and if it’s RTS now they won’t be able to do anything about that

There’s no point in trying to contact DPD as the item is now back with the seller, the issue is between the seller and DPD, and then between you and the seller. So contact the seller, update the address and ensure it’s resent to you, let the seller argue with DPD
