So I was meant to have a parcel arrive on Sunday and got told they couldn't find the address. Rearranged it for them to drop it off at a collection point and they didn't even attempt to do that. It's now being sent back to the original sender. How can I get in contact with them? Their support number just has tracking and attempts to use the live chats they have lead me straight back to the tracking. Anyone know of an email address or actual phone number?
Edit:
Update on this, It was a Shadow from Build a bear my other half ordered, build a bear have refunded it instead of shipping it back out because there is no stock. Just annoyed that DPD just messed this all up
So I made this account just to post this, not sure if this is the right place… as the title suggests, I fell for a DPD scam email.
I made an online order about a week ago and it is being shipped through DPD. When tracking the order i saw that it was marked as delivered, though I never received it. So I emailed DPD customer service. Only now I’m realizing that they don’t have a customer service email, for some reason! I cannot for the life of me remember where I found this email address, I thought it was from their website but apparently not. This morning they responded, and I can’t believe I didn’t notice anything was off! The grammar and punctuation is so bad, and the name they addressed me by is not the name I signed off on, but the name in my email (it’s a longer version of my name). I’ve been very sick and bedridden so this flew completely over my head. So, they asked for some information to confirm my account. I gave the tracking number, my address and my name. After I sent the email I realised how dodgy it was, but I didn’t give my bank details or anything like that, so what can they do? Should i be worried? What should I do? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
