I feel your pain man! It's hard to find stuff like this. If you've already researched......I'm sad to say your best bet might be to hope to find a super cheap bad condition similar piece you can take from.

May 10, 2022Replacing basic drawer slides with something better.
Going to side-mount ball bearing slides is a fairly simple swap out if your side clearances are right, usually 1/2" each side. They can be fussy to install and hard to adjust if you don't get it exactly right the first time. Accuride and Fulterer are good brands for side mounts. The soft close mechanisms for side mounts aren't that great Undermount ball bearing slides are the best, Blum, Hettich, or Salice in that order of preference. But you will almost certainly have to modify your cabinet openings and drawer boxes to make everything fit right, or get new drawer boxes. The boxes need to be built very specifically to work with under mounts. More on reddit.com

I have never EVER said this before….upgrade to a melamine drawer box with a side mount ball bearing slide or a METABOX. This box has been fixed too many times already. Raw chip/pressboard is a first for me.

I ebay would be my guess for that kind of gear. You could use newer draw runners from cabinet supplier. But that is the rawest draw Iv ever seen, pure old chipboard and backing 😂

May 10, 2022 - I assumed it would be easier to replace the whole track, but I'll try the bearings first. ... Oh yeah, replacing the bearings is the wear point of these. Since I bought a bag of 100 bearings to replace 4, I just went ahead and replaced 36 of them on all 9 drawers.
