Which dremel bit is the best for grinding down stainless steel bolt?
Seems like my description has gone missing. For context, I stripped a bolt when trying to reattach the rear bumper of my car. It was just spinning in its place and I couldn't get it out. I decided to get a dremel and I have cut the head off. Now I need to grind the rest of the bolt down flush with the bottom panel so I can slide the bumper out again.
I was wondering which dremel bit is the best for this job? Is it the Aluminum Oxide Grinding Stone (932)? Thanks

Personally, I’m a fan of carbide burr bits for any fine work on steel. I’ve used them to get through Inconel and Titanium and they do fine. However, you have to be careful not to let them chatter or you risk snapping the edges off. Also, “gummy” metals (aluminum!) clog them fast.
