My sinkbase cabinet is 30" and the sink i'm eyeing is https://www.amazon.com/Standart-30-inch-Undermount-Stainless-KHU100-30/dp/B0032BYM4Y?ref_=ast_sto_dp
My installer has installed 3/4" plywood on top of all the cabinets and told me that he would have an exact cutout on the pylwood so that the sink can drop in. And epoxy on top of the sink edges and granite goes on top of it. Typically i see that a 30" inch sink has an interior bowl length of 28". Then this means i can fit a 30"inch sink on 30"inch base.
Has anyone done anything like this?
Hello!
Looking for some advice on sinks for a 30" ikea base cabinet. We want a doublebowl, undermount, stainless look.
Can anyone point me in right direction? Our Ikea planner advised we had to be quite specific with the sink we bought for a 30" cabinet.
Should a 28 or a 29 inch sink be good to go? I am assumeing so but its difficult to know for certain.
Anyone else have the same predicament?
