Have a look around faucetdirect.com. They have a wide selection and brands to take you from basic up through higher mid-tier. Higher end than what they have will likely require you to find a local showroom. Is too hard to recommend anything specific as "nice" is super subjective. You've got too many parenthesis and so your post is a bit confusing. Your links show two types of sinks, a drop in an an under mount. Drop ins have the faucet holes and they typically sit on laminate. The second link is an undermoint which is used for stone / quartz /marble. The holes are drilled in the countertop itself. Laminate countertops don't work well with undermounts because laminate is just a veneer glued and pressed onto particle board. So for it to sit under all you'd see is exposed grain and the water would ruin it. Anyway so it sounds like you want a bar sink. Search that. If you're not finding it in your price range then it is what it is. Alternatively look at all in one units, the fiberglass style or whatever that plastic material is. More on reddit.com
