Is the GeeksforGeeks DSA (Algorithms & Data Structures) section still bad?
A lot of geeksforgeeks is really really bad - some articles are just plain wrong, some only have smaller mistakes - like using the wrong terms, or having code-examples that doesn't do what the text suggest - and some seem to be AI generated slop. Unfortunately you can't always see when something is wrong - a good article and a bad article often looks kind of similar, and there doesn't seem to be any quality control, so I recommend against using them completely. four years ago a reddit post highlighted issues with the problem solutions on GeeksforGeeks and shared three links as examples however when I check those links now, I don't see any problems it seems geeksforgeeks has been updating these tutorials since 2024
despite this does learning from geeks4geeks worth? If not, could you recommend similar platforms which categorize algorithmic topics clearly provide complete tutorials for each problem allow testing code directly on the platform?

Unfortunately you can't always see when something is wrong - a good article and a bad article often looks kind of similar, and there doesn't seem to be any quality control, so I recommend against using them completely.

My experience with GeeksForGeeks can be summarized as follows: Read tutorial. Half way through, think “wtf that’s not what I thought thing X was.” Spend an hour or so searching other sources to check my understanding. Realize tutorial is wrong. Close tab and swear not to visit them again. Repeat every few months.

Was thinking of doing this to improve my DSA skills since it is self paced and doesn't cost a lot (around 2500). Has everything at a single place in Python unlike the YouTube playlists where they mostly cover the concepts in C++ or Java.
I am a Data Engineer by the way, so am much more comfortable with Python. Does anyone have idea about how good it is?

Can anyone please help me on how to learn DSA in python. I'm not from Computer science background. My proficiency in python language is near average (but I'm still working on improving it)
