Dynamite Clothing

Dynamite sells some good quality basics. Abercrombie & Fitch as well, I have found that their 'Double-layered seamless fabric' reminds me a lot of the Babaton Contour line! The color selection isn't as great as Aritzia's, but there's more stock available at least. Their pants also are similar to Aritzia's style, from their vegan leather selection to their trousers. Express also has a contour line that I think is fairly good quality if you're looking for a dupe. Otherwise brands like Oak + Fort, Everlane, COS, all create high quality basics that I think Aritizia does well. More on reddit.com

I don't avoid stores/brands for their fit. I avoid them first and foremost for the quality (and in some cases their target demographic doesn't appeal to me). For example, I avoid Forever 21 because their quality is shit and they're too young for me. I avoid Chico's because I feel like they're too old for me. As far as clothes not fitting me, I'm an hourglass. This means a lot of shit won't fit me right off the rack. So that means I buy for my hips and/or chest, and I go to a tailor or tailor it myself. While dynamite who is owned by same company at least has price increases with their quality of clothing being better. The dynamite employees also at dynamite stores (not customer service who are different and nicer) are also so much more nice and approachable than in garage stores. More on reddit.com
