I was told by a service technician that internal training documents for the Ball Animal 3 prior to its release in the US pictured an upright with an identical hose system as the Ball Animal MultiFloor. But for whatever reason, the hose setup did not make it to the US production model. Either way, Dyson really needs to do a lot more to rejuvenate their upright range. It’s growing stagnant, and there is a huge segment of the buying public that want to stick with uprights. It would be foolish of Dyson to neglect this group of buyers.
