Hey all!

I was finished cleaning out the my Dyson V6 Absolute, but when I pulled the trigger, it was blue for a moment then immediately turned to a red light. About a second or two later, the red light goes away. I thought this might be a battery issue, so I left it to charge. However, when it was done charging, I pulled the trigger, still the same response. Note that this is not flashing 32 times. I called the Dyson helpline, but they told me that it was a battery problem. I'm a bit skeptical since I could not find any info about this particular problem. (All of the solution videos had the red light flashing 32 times). Any help is appreciated :)
