I am aware that cordless vacuums aren't necessarily buy it for life, but I was wondering which Dyson you would suggest at its respective price point. I can get a Dyson V6 animal for around $255 after tax or I can get a Dyson V8 absolute for around $470 after tax. Which one would you suggest at those price points?
I have an 800 sq ft apartment with a carpet/hardwood mix. More carpet than hardwood. I would also plan to use it on my car at times.
I have an oreck do upright and an xl canister, but it feels like a burden to use those in a small place
After 5 years, it looks like the dyson battery is dead.
Looking for a compact replacement that deals well with human hair and cat fur. I hated my old corded upright but would consider a return to corded vacuums if they are small and lightweight. My willingness to vacuum increased exponentially once I bought the dyson. A cordless, maneuverable vacuum was so refreshing.
In a small apartment with hardwood floors but at least 50% is covered by light washable area rugs. Don't need a forever vacuum as my home situation will likely change in the next few years and the cats are entering their latter teens.
