Hi! It's me again, sorry for the late review but i wasn't home these days and i also wanted to make a review that could be as thorough and clear as possible
Shipping
The shipping took less than a week, what struck me the most was that it was the 2 different packages, one for the backrest, the armrests and the seating. The other box had all the metal parts of both the Ottoman and the chair itself and the cushion of the Ottoman.
First box packaging, everything was very firm, there was a two layer bubble wrap (Bubble wrap + Styrofoam) Second box, there was this paper panel in the middle and on the other side there were all the instructions and steps. Second box without the paper panelIt took less than a week to arrive, 4 days for the first box and 6 for the second one, the weight was around 24kg on the first box and 18kg on the second one. They were tightly packaged and everything was very firm inside, overall i was greatly satisfied with how the package presented itself.
Assembly
The assembly was really straight forward, there were a couple steps that weren't as easy as others, especially because a couple of them were misnamed, but the images were clear so that wasn't really a problem.
Instructions notes on the paper panel. First box contents, the Seating, the backrest and the armrests. The wooden "tabs" were covered with a black foam pochette, it kept them safe during shippingSomething i was a bit disappointed of was the quality of the seams under the armrests, there were staples to stitch together the leather, and seeing how much quality was the rest of the chair it felt really out of place, the 2 stickers you can see are placed where the screwholes are.
They weren't even placed properly T-TAs i mentioned before the process was really easy to follow, the hardest part was to attach the armrests due to the angle making it "blind" to screw in, but after a couple minutes I've managed to do it.
The screws are of nice quality, they feel heavy and durable and i am sure they are going nowhere.
Actual review of the fully assembled chair
There she isLet's talk about pros and cons of this chair, if you have any other questions you are welcome to ask, i will try to answer to everyone
The packaging was amazing, from the tabs covers all the way to the Styrofoam structure that kept the aluminum pieces in place, the packaging for the screws had different compartments that were marked with letters to make it clear at what point of the build they would have had to be used. One thing i would suggest is to get a better Allen key, or if you have it a ratcheting Allen key, the one that is provided kinda sucks
I was very pleased with the quality of the leather and the wood veneer, the leather is amazing quality, i think that in hindsight i would have gone with a darker color of it because it gets dirty SO easily, but i guess that's the price you have to pay for beauty
The build is very sturdy and solid, the attachments feel great, the colors of both the bases should have been silver and not black but it's something i don't care for.
As pointed out above the armrests had that underwhelming finish, i am glad that the metal covers that went over it not only will make it impossible to see that part ever, but they kind of fix that problem, giving more durability to the part itself
As previously mentioned it took me less than a hour to fully assemble the chair, some steps were way worse than others, but i got through it in not much time
The price seems fair to me, i paid 1099 + VAT, which if i am not mistaken was around 240 euros, coming up at 1300~. For what the chair is i think it was a honest price, compared to other replicas i've seen around i think it holds up amazingly to confrontations, i did my fair share of research to come across Sohnne and they may be one of my new columns for rep shopping.
I would absolutely recommend the product, given how close to the original it managed to get, there are some things to keep in mind, such as the small problems i have noticed, but if it's nothing that bothers you i think you are good to go
thank you for reading, have an amazing day!

Is it a good product is the fabric actually leather. I get nervous about the Amazon specials that claim to use leather. And otherwise might be a vinyl product. I really would like leather for the durability sake. If anyone has any suggestions please throw them at me.
Also how do I know if I need a tall version I’m 6’2” 230lb
If anyone is thinking of using the Sohnne site to order a replica Eames Lounge chair then beware: they have seemingly changed their model of chair and their customer service is awful.
They have reduced the size of their chairs, and the quality, and customer service will happily lie to you prior to ordering then refuse any refund afterwards. The instructions and videos they provide dont even match the chair they send. The tall version is not suitable for anyone over 5"9, I can only imagine how small the standard version is.
I'm between getting a eames lounge replica from Sohnne or Amazon (Generic or Fimdoc). Should I avoid any of these?
Amazon is a bit more affordable but if there's even a tiny reduction in quality, I'll go for Sohnne. Can anyone speak to this?
The chair is pretty crappy quality. I’m not expecting anything near the real deal, but the chair is much smaller than a real Eames and the leather smells like it’ll give you some sort of lung infection.
Digging closer, there were instructions labeled as coming from “Raffle Home Design”.
Doing some digging, you can see that Raffle Home Design leads to this Amazon listing at several hundred dollars cheaper.

I’m now in the process of trying to return, and they’re attempting to charge me $150 to return the package in shipping.
Thank you SO much for your review and warning, I'm really appreciate it.
I was going to order the Egg Chair but you've dissuaded me. Probably better to save up for the real thing.
Thanks for sharing yours. I’ve seen others mention similar issues before I jumped on this brand as well. Luckily, my product turned out to be pretty solid in terms of quality, imo... Hopefully they’ve fixed the issue for you. And thanks for the Amazon link, that’s helpful to have too…
