I have a gift idea that I just don't have the knowledge base to see it through on my own. I would like to created a few "In A Jar" baked goods (mason jars layered with ingredients) as a Christmas present but haven't been able to successfully brainstorm/find any recipes. The trick is they are for my younger brother who is in college, and only has access to a microwave and mini fridge. My idea is to buy plastic microwaveable containers for him to scoop the mixture into, and enjoy at his convenience. Usually these types of homemade gifts require additional ingredients but I will need to create recipes that do not require egg, and if possible, even milk. Maybe something that uses powdered milk/water/oil? Does anyone have any recipe ideas that fits this description?
