Are they insane? Why would I want a call back from someone I can't even understand half of what they are saying, when important things are at hand? Wouldn't a chat work 10000000000000000 times better? Like it used to?

Update: It all depends on the direction you go for support. Went a different route today and easily got chat person.
But originally, when choosing, didn't get my item, no can do with chat.
I had recently been live chatting with Ebay customer service about an issue, but now when I go to there's only options to call. Previously, the prior conversation would show up from the session before, so it made it easy to track issues over multiple days. But now there's no live chat option.

I've tried coming back after a few days, and using different browsers, but no luck. I tried to talk over the phone about this issue (the lack of live chat, not the original issue I had), but the agent said she wasn't able to provide technical support for website issues. Has anyone had this happen or have a link to get to Ebay live chat? Thanks
