Update. The seller contacted me today after I had opened the "didn't recieve the item" option and written a realistic review of the item recieved. He told me that he somehow missed all my messages and offered 25 dollar refund for sending the wrong adapter. He also asked me to remove the review I wrote. The original adapters sell on ebay from 40 up to nearly 80 dollars without shipping, and I am confused why he doesn't send me the adapter he had promised to come with the amp? In case he offers me better refund I'll be willing to remove the review. Does anyone know how to remove the reviews? Been looking around but it doesn't semm to be a straightforward task to do on ebay. Thanks for all the help so far! More on reddit.com

every single time i get the bot its the most useless thing ever. BUT if you right "talk to an agent" you will immediately get one (or be put in the queue at least). More on reddit.com

Every time I called eBay, they said it was outside of working hours-in the middle of the day, or the automated service tells you to look online for answers and hangs up. When I was finally connected to the fraud department, they said the seller refused to cancel the transaction, the seller refused to send the item, and the seller had no obligation to respond to me. This means eBay literally allows any seller to steal from customers, "sell" fraudulent items, not send them to customers, and keep large amounts of money for a false transaction.

April 10, 2025 - It is highly likely that the phone number you have is not valid. Ebay hasn't had a Call Center since the Pandemic. On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page. I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
