On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page. I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

How do I contact Ebay Support?

If the seller is a scammer, requesting the scammer to cancel will not do any good. Do not refuse the shipment -- that counts as "delivered" for an "item not received" case. If you get something other than the phone you purchased, file a "not as described" return, return it at the seller's expense for a refund. If the seller refuses to cooperate, ask eBay to step in and force the refund. More on reddit.com

Customer service “have us call you” closed on weekends

I am not sure but the weekend customer service has always been terrible. They say crap like don’t accept the return which is 100% the worst thing to do. Is there way now in 2025 that we can actually talk to a real human being on the phone or at least have a LIVE Chat w/ CS?? I see both are no longer on ebay at least that I can see.

Usually you can choose to have ebay call you. The support options that are available may vary from time to time depending on staff availability. New Years eve is probably not the best time to reach customer support. More on reddit.com

I purchased an item son the 21st of this month. The status has not moved from paid status. I shipping, no tracking, nothing. I waited a week to see any type of movement. On the 28th, I contacted the seller. No reply. At this point you want to cancel and get my money back. I keep getting a loop to report item as not received on the 30th. Today is the 30th and I’m still unable to do send in a report. I chatted with a boy that keeps sending me to the same spot to do a report that I’m unable to do. How can I get in touch with an actual person to cancel the item give me my refund? I think this seller totally forgot they had posted items for sale, or maybe something happened to them idk. Is there a customer service number I can call? Thanks in advance
