EBay drop shipping without automation?
We Analyzed 150+ eBay Dropshippers - Here’s a 5-Min Guide to $1-3K/Month PROFIT
How to automate dropping shipping with ebay and any advice about supply? I'm using Ali express for supply .
eBay is tricky for dropshipping. It's technically against the terms of service to use dropshipping there due to privacy violation of giving the customers personal information to a third party vendor. As for suppliers, Ali is one but you have to be careful there, half are scams. Google "top 10 dropshipping suppliers". DS, alibaba, doba are others. Personally, I order in mass quantities of things that always sell over a longer period of time instead of "hot items" that sell for a week, those I'll get in small quantities. Granted, I have to keep inventory for most things but I like it that way for faster and more reliable shipping times.

I’ve been dropshipping on eBay for 8 years now and built multiple profitable stores from scratch.
When I started, I didnt have any money, just a laptop and a bit of time.
If I had to do it all over again, here’s exactly what I’d do:
1. Start with a business account.
Make a new eBay account under a sole proprietorship. This gets you higher listing limits from day one, way better than starting personal.
2. Find 90 profitable dropshippers.
Reverse search amazon listings titles onto ebay to find sellers dropshipping from Amazon.
Only pick the ones with decent margin, where their eBay price is clearly above the Amazon cost.
3. Snipe one dropshipper per day.
Each day, take one seller and go through their sold items.
List the exact or similar items on your own store.
Use ChatGPT to optimize your titles (just ask it to make it better for eBay SEO).
Aim to list 100 items per day.
4. Repeat this for 90 days.
It’ll take a few hours daily, but I will hit 10,000 listings in 3 months.
At that point, I should be making $1–3K/month in profit.
5. Hire a VA and duplicate the system.
Once the income is stable, I would outsource the store management.
Then create a new store and repeat the process.
That’s how I would start again.
Hello, I started drop shipping on eBay 2 weeks ago and so far I have 75 listings and have sold 10 units across 5 orders (only profited $6 so far lol). I am based in Australia so I was told that eBay AUS are more strict and more alert with accounts that uses automation tools like auto DS. I was also told that I needed around 10,000 listings in order to earn a healthy income. That is totally not possible for someone like me who doesn’t use automation and also has a full time job. Was wondering if anybody has experience currently with managing their eBay business without automation and earning healthy stream of income? How many listings do you currently have?
