Before it was possible to get a buyers email address from eBay by going into-
Seller Hub > Orders > find the order > use the dropdown menu next to the order > 'print postage labels or invoices' > 'invoice for your own records' > buyer's details were at top left.
However eBay have literally just made a change where the "print postage labels or invoices" has been changed to "print packing slip and more".
Now when I try to get the email address it's just the long eBay generated one that prints out. Is there some other way to get a buyers email address from eBay.

I am an active seller on Ebay. Recently, my email provider decided to make me verify my identity using SMS to a cell number from a foreign country that I lost a decade ago. Since I couldn't get the SMS, I lost access to that email.
That email was the one I used to sign up for my Ebay account. Now, I don't currently have any problems signing in on Ebay, because Ebay has never asked me to verify using my email. But I'm worried they might ask me in the future and then I could lose my account.
I tried updating my email in "Account Settings" > "Personal Information", but when I try that it prompts me to enter a security code from the lost email (no other choice for verification). I am reluctant to contact Ebay about this, in case it triggers some kind of opaque fraud thing. Any advice?
